1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping only within Australia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, or international destinations at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
- For large or custom orders, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any delays if this applies to your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available for select products).

Freight Shipping: For large items such as large safes and vaults, freight shipping may be required. Delivery times for freight orders typically range from 7-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size, weight, and value of your order. You will be provided with an exact shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
6. Delivery & Signature Requirements
For added security, most orders for safes and vaults will require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified by the carrier of the delivery date and time.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within immediately of receiving your order. Please do not sign for the shipment, Please take photos of the damage and do not take possession of the safe. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Missing Items: If any item from your order is missing, please contact us within 5 business days to file a claim. We will assist in locating your missing item.
8. Delivery Restrictions
Please be aware that certain delivery restrictions may apply for large items such as safes and vaults:
- Deliveries may be restricted to curbside delivery only in certain areas.
- Customers must be able to unload the safe from the delivery truck themselves, if you are unable to do this then you must mark tailgate delivery. Tailgate delivery will be a curbside delivery only.
- Safes And Vaults Warehouse recommends that you have the safe professionally install. Please contact us for a quote for this service.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the product can be delivered to the designated location, including having sufficient clearance and access.
