- VSA concrete panels are manufactured of a combination of concrete products and security fibres enclosed within a metal frame.
- The panels are designed to fit together on site to create the walls, roof and floor of the vault. Only electrostatic materials are used.Welds are coated to ensure there is no material degradation. VSA’s manufacturing methods meet the strict requirements of Underwriters Laboratory Safety Standards, UL608 Class 2.
- VSA’s 178mm thick concrete modular panel carry UL608 Class 2 certification and offer 1 hour protection from attack. VSA’s UL608 Class 2 panels meet all the requirements set out in the Defence Security Manual for Type 1 armouries. Coordinated with your architects, designers and engineers throughout the design and fabrication process VSA’s team of engineers can design the armoury to any size and height.
